What do Automation GT have in store?
As a black belt in Lean Six Sigma, Roger Schneider, Automation GT’s Director of Engineering, will be hosting a 25-minute session on how the methodology applies to Automation. The Lean Six Sigma approach helps Automation GT to identify where automation can add the most value to a production line. Roger will walk the audience through the define phase of Lean Six Sigma’s DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve, control) methodology to find long-term, cost effective solutions for customers with FDA compliance in mind.
