We are proud to introduce our three new hires, Monique Klein, Roger Schneider and Kyle Madison, who will add considerable know-how to Automation GT.
Monique Klein, Chief Operating Officer
Having started her internship with IBM, Monique spent over 13 years as a technology consultant before joining Bio-Tech giant Amgen to provide leadership on key initiatives. Managing large-scale programs during a period of rapid expansion refined Monique’s understanding of the critical requirements of specifying and implementing complex systems. Monique is now focused on implementing robust design and manufacturing methodologies to ensure we continue to focus on ultra-perfect quality standards for our client needs.
Roger Schneider, Director of Engineering
We are pleased to announce Roger Schneider has joined our team as Director of Engineering. He will provide leadership for the development & advancement of our engineering capabilities strategy & will be supporting customer initiatives from a pre and post sales engineering perspective.
Roger brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical & engineering industry, having led engineering teams & initiatives with CareFusion (Cardinal Health), All Optical Networks, & DexCom. He is specialized in the full PDP life-cycle and is a specialist within FDA controlled Class ||| Medical Device environments.
Having followed a full technical apprenticeship, Roger became a Diplom Ingenieur at Switzerland’s respected Winterthur Polytechnic School of Engineering. He is also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Kyle Madison, Customer Service Business Analyst
Kyle delivers critical business information to allow Automation GT to continually-improve customer service through the design, manufacture, install and service lifecycle. With a BA in Business Administration, Kyle graduated from the respected University of San Diego, which has innovation as its tradition.
